Dear Ocean Landings Owners:

Long term planning is on the drawing board, and a makeover is in progress.  And, as promised, you are the owner in the loop.  Our exciting three-year preliminary plan attempts to entail most aspects of your resort;  HOWEVER, your final touch is important so that the Board fully understands the 'level of service' you wish to receive, and to have offered to family, friends and renter guests.

'Level of service'?  It has to do with both interior and exterior amenities additionally offered.  It has to do with choices of higher quality linens, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, pillows, beach towels, and robes, as well as many other extras that you may have experienced at other locations.  And, it has to do with expense.  Everything you've experienced elsewhere can be made available at Ocean Landings for a price.  You're the owner, and it's your treat.  (At those other locations, I wonder what owners pay additionally for their treats???)

At the risk of having you decide not to include such pampering amenities because of the price, it's important to consider owner costs.  For instance, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions will annually cost in excess of $25,000.  However, this cost divided by 11,628 weeks equates to $2.15 per week in additional maintenance fees for every week you own.

Our job is not to discourage you, but merely to determine where you want to be with the level of service at your resort.
